At Walmart, I paid less than $5 for Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Clearly Quick and never, have I ever, loved a top coat so much!
It dries quickly- like within seconds! It protects my polish from chipping for almost a week! I cannot tell you how the rest of the Insta-Dri line works but Clearly Quick is incredible. I’ve tried top coats from higher-end brand that double and triple in price but are no where near this good.
